What we collect

When you build a policy, we collect the contact details you enter (name, business name, email, and optionally phone, title and website) and your answers about your business's AI tools, data and settings.

Why we collect it

To follow up about the policy you created and answer questions about it. If you ask for a free AI risk review, we use your details to arrange it. If you opt in to tips and offers, we send you occasional emails, and every one includes a way to unsubscribe.

How your policy is made

Your policy is assembled in your own browser from a template. Your answers are not sent to any AI model.

Where it's stored

Form submissions are stored by our hosting provider, Netlify, which may process data in the United States. We don't sell your information or share it with anyone else for their marketing.

How long we keep it

We keep your details while we have an active conversation or business relationship, and delete them on request.

Your choices

You can ask to see, correct or delete your information, or withdraw consent to emails at any time, by calling Multiverse Ventures Inc. at 250-709-5968.
