What you're buying

The full PolicyFirst AI policy is a one-time purchase of a customized AI use policy document, generated from the answers you provide, including a staff briefing and a vendor settings checklist. It's delivered on screen right after payment and stays available at your purchase link. Price: $199 CAD, plus any applicable taxes shown at checkout.

Payments

Payments are processed securely by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.

Refunds

Email hello@policyfirstai.com within 7 days of purchase and attach a copy of your policy. We refund immediately. Refunds go back to the original payment method, and banks usually take 5 to 10 business days to show them. Once refunded, the purchase link may stop working.

The Policy Lite and full policy are general templates built from your answers and common good practice. They are not legal advice. Privacy, employment and industry rules vary by location, so have the policy reviewed by a qualified advisor before relying on it.

Your responsibilities

You're responsible for the accuracy of the answers you give, for adapting the policy to your business, and for putting it into practice.

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to the policy is limited to the amount you paid for it.
